Coming from a background in accounting and finance, Anna has worked with non-profit organizations and the private sector in previous roles. Anna also has over ten years of experience working in governance with First Nations communities. She founded Strategies North in 2015 to pursue her passion for helping Indigenous communities build capacity and reach their goals. Anna is an accomplished business and partnership development professional with 15 years of operations, administration, community and stakeholder engagement, communications, management, negotiations, partnership development, proposal-based fund development and organizational-design experience. Anna also volunteers her time towards empowering women in leadership and mentoring female business owners and entrepreneurs.
